Keep Your Stone Looking New! Learn how here.

Daily Wipe-Down

Dust with a soft microfiber. For routine cleaning, spray water or a mild dish soap solution and wipe with a damp cloth. Dry with a soft towel.

Wipe Spills Immediately

Acidic foods/drinks (tomato, citrus, wine, coffee, vinegar) can etch marble and dolomite — clean them up right away.

Use Protection

Always use coasters, placemats, trivets, and cutting boards to prevent stains, heat marks, and scratches.

Choose the Right Cleaner

Use a pH-neutral stone cleaner (or mild dish soap). Never use cleaners with vinegar, bleach, lemon, ammonia, or abrasive scrubs.

Treat Stains Carefully

For oily stains or other issues on granite, we recommend consulting with your fabricator.

Reseal When Needed

Apply sealer as your fabricator recommends. A quick test: if water stops beading, it’s time to reseal.

Special Notes:

Marble & Dolomite:

Avoid acids; use trivets for hot pans.

Quartzite & Granite:

Durable but still wipe spills and reseal as advised.

Engineered Quartz:

Very hard but not heatproof; avoid placing hot cookware directly on the surface.

When in doubt: Check with your countertop fabricator for product-specific recommendations!
